To register and maintain an account on 616jl Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You have not previously had a 616jl account closed for breach of these Terms.

616jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or closure of the account and forfeiture of applicable balances, as permitted by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

3.1 Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) 616jl account. Registration requires submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and such other information as 616jl may require from time to time. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before any withdrawal from your 616jl account can be processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and proof of address. Acceptable IDs include, without limitation: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, and PRC ID.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 616jl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 616jl's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 616jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Account Sharing

Your 616jl account is personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account credentials will be your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

616jl accepts the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are subject to the processing timelines of the respective financial institutions. 616jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from fully verified 616jl accounts are processed within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — under 10 minutes; Bank transfer — 1 to 3 banking days. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 616jl account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

616jl operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities. 616jl reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 616jl does not accept foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred through your payment provider.

All promotions, bonuses, free spins, and other offers made available on 616jl are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to the applicable promotional terms.

• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be requested;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time of claim;
• 616jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that earned bonuses already in your account at the time of cancellation will be honored subject to applicable terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and may result in account closure.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games on the 616jl platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG systems used by 616jl's game providers are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. Game results are not influenced by 616jl or by previous game outcomes.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system fault that causes an incorrect display of game results, credits, or jackpot values, 616jl reserves the right to void affected games and transactions. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Any winnings resulting from a verifiable system error are not payable and will be reversed from your account.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

616jl is not responsible for disconnections from the Platform arising from your internet connection, device failure, or third-party network issues. In the event of disconnection during an active game round, the game result will be determined by the server-side outcome as recorded at the time of disconnection.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 616jl is governed by the individual rules applicable to each sport and market type, as displayed in the sports betting section. Void bets will have stakes returned. 616jl's decision on bet settlement is final. Live in-play wagers are accepted at the discretion of 616jl and subject to real-time odds changes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 616jl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or undisclosed game mechanics to generate winnings that would not be possible under normal game conditions;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or processing transactions on behalf of third parties;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Providing false or misleading information to 616jl at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.

All content on the 616jl Platform — including but not limited to the 616jl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 616jl Casino or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 616jl content without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 616jl Casino shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own negligence, including failure to secure your account credentials;
• Interruptions, downtime, or technical errors on the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond 616jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, power failures, or acts of God;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content, including game provider content displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 616jl's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

616jl Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings;

• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account restriction or closure;

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, 616jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus balances and associated winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Verified real-money balances not associated with active bonus terms will be returned to the registered payment method on record, subject to applicable KYC requirements being met.

616jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 616jl.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 616jl's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact 616jl's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days for 616jl to investigate and respond to your complaint. 616jl's dispute resolution process is free of charge and designed to resolve most issues promptly and fairly.
